Our client is a leading provider of Apprenticeships in Manchester City Centre and they are looking for an Apprenticeship Coach for their Housing Apprenticeship Programmes. The ideal candidates will already have experience in assessment/teaching and relevant qualifications, however, we are happy to train and fully qualify applicants from the business sector who are looking for a new opportunity and a change in career.
This post is full time and is based in central Manchester, although the successful candidate will be required to travel within the North West and occasionally further afield to customer premises and there will be some work from their home base.
Essential for the role:
u2022 At least five years u2019 experience in a housing association, block management or estate agency role
u2022 Driving licence and access to a car is essential.
u2022 Excellent communication skills with the ability to relate to people at all levels
u2022 The ability to motivate and encourage people
u2022 Passionate about developing themselves and helping others to develop
u2022 A methodical approach to work with excellent time management and planning skills
u2022 Excellent admin, accurate report writing and record keeping skills
u2022 Knowledge of CIH, IRPM and Arla requirements
Desirable for the role:
u2022 A qualification relevant to housing at Level 4 or above
u2022 Assessor qualifications
u2022 Teaching qualifications
u2022 Experience of working with the new apprenticeship standards
u2022 Experience of teaching/training in a group/one to one situation.
Starting salary scale up to £25-30,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
