Night Enabling Support Worker (Part Time) – Dolphin Court – £10.65 Per Hour

Livability Dolphin Court in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, provides person-centred, responsive, residential and nursing care. The home is a purpose-designed building for adults with a wide range of needs, including acquired brain injury or stroke, intellectual and physical disability.

Our seafront location means 13 of the 15 self-contained flats overlook the beach. All flats are bright and spacious and we offer two flats for couples. Our accessible and welcoming environment provides modern facilities with daily nursing care.
Community connections
With our activity support worker, people who live at Dolphin Court can enjoy a wide range of recreational activities in the local area. These include:

  • arts and crafts
  • social clubs
  • sports and fitness activities such as trampolining and inclusive cycling sessions

Livability Dolphin Court provides a minibus for transport. We are also close to a local bus route, train and taxi services. Residents can easily access the local park, with its picturesque lake and local café. Southend town centre and other local amenities are close by.
Who will provide care?
Our team is dedicated, professional and carefully chosen for their skills and compassion. With continuous training, staff are able to provide quality care for a better resident experience, which promotes choice and enables people to live well and flourish. Every day our team works to Livability’s values, which are to be open, enabling, inclusive and courageous in all that we do.

About Us

Livability is the disability charity that connects people with their communities.

We tackle social isolation and the barriers that can cause this in the lives of disabled and vulnerable people.

Through a wide range of disability, education, training and community services, we promote inclusion and wellbeing for all.

Together, we work to see people take part, contribute and be valued.

We put the elements in place that all add up to connected lives and communities.
