We can offer you this opportunity in the role of Night Receptionist at the Crowne Plaza London Ealing.
You will be responsible for assisting in the overall running of the Front Office so ensuring an efficient and effective operation. To strive at all times for 100% customer satisfaction.
The role involves working within our busy Front Office environment, ensuring our guests receive the highest level of service.
Night Receptionist will include:
To provide a warm welcome to all guests on their arrival and assist them in a courteous, helpful manner.
To ensure all accounting and billing procedures as laid down by Hotel management are adhered to at all times.
To liaise with the Housekeeping department concerning room availability.
To deal with any customer comments in a polite and pleasant manner, with any complaints being resolved wherever possible.
To answer the Hotel switchboard in a polite and courteous manner using the standard greeting as set by the Hotel.
To ensure all inquiries are forwarded to the relevant department.
To ensure all potential leads are forwarded to the Sales Manager, and the department supports the Sales Office in maximizing occupancy.
To maintain security over Hotel property and monies as well as anything deposited at Reception by Hotel guests.
To carry out check in/Out following hotel procedure and policies.
To ensure that all areas are in presented in the agreed standard.
Follow hotel policies and procedure in regards with 'Walk-in' Bookings
To ensure the security of the Hotel by completing security checks of the Hotel and grounds to the standard set by the Hotel. Any discrepancies to be reported immediately.
To carry out Night Audit, ensuring any discrepancies are resolved or reported.
To be responsible for accounting task and ensure the working station is cleared.
To be in constant liaison with Front Office.
To arrange transports for customers and offer luggage assistance when required.
To order and deliver newspapers to the guests room each morning.
Take Room Service Order and cook and deliver to guest according to Brand Service Standards.
Ideal candidate should have at least one year experience working in similar position. Knowledge of Opera would be an advantage.
