Receptionist Administrator u2013 Wickford, Essex
We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work with a growing law firm in Wickford, Essex. You will sit in the reception area of the business and greet customers as they come in. The majority of the role will be focused abound general office administration. This role does require you to have excellent computer skills and good literacy skills too. You will ideally have some receptionist or customer service experience.
Role responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers
- Speaking on the phone
- General typing emails and letter
- Organising the post
- General filing
This role requires all of the following attributes:
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Great Literacy skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Can do attitude
- Good time keeper
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this full time role will be in line with the national minimum wage. £18,000 to £19,000 per annum.
Benefits to include 22 days holidays plus bank holidays, pension, friendly office.
