Working Hours: 10 hours, Saturday 6.45am to 11.45am and Sunday 11.30am to 4.30pm
Salary: £6.56 to £8.91 per hour
Here at Tadley Health & Fitness centre our goal is to get more people, more active, more often. We provide affordable access to a wide range of sports and leisure facilities to support healthier and happier people across all segments of the local community. To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team – and right now we are looking to recruit for a Receptionist to join the centre.
As the Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to provide concise customer information and service with regards to the facility and its offerings. The role will involve a high level of customer interaction, which will be face to face, emails and dealing with queries over the telephone. This also includes driving and meeting monthly sales targets. In addition, there will be times when you will be required to assist other members of staff.
You will help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities.
The successful candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who like the members of staff at Tadley, pride and strive to give the best service possible for those who visit the centre and go the extra mile for customers when required.
We are looking to hear from candidates that have previous experience of dealing face to face with customers in a busy environment.
You will have good communication and customer care skills, have a maturity and calmness to work under pressure, the ability to handle cash and maintain customer records, as well as a good telephone manner and confident with using IT systems.
