Here at Lookers Mercedes-Benz, we are looking for a talented person to join us as a Part Time Sales Administrator at Mercedes-Benz of Worcester.

You will organise, schedule and manage RFL renewals, V5 updates, and insurance cover. Tax and invoice new and used cars and raise purchase orders for maintenance work required. You will liaise with customers and deal with their enquiries as well as inputting stock details on the group’s computer system.

You will also arrange new car deliveries with drivers and liaise with delivery agents to ensure vehicles are delivered on time and to a very high standard.

What we’re looking for:

Previous administration experience in the motor trade or a similar role

Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Excel and Word

Kerridge/Pinnacle experience would be advantageous

Confident communication skills and a professional telephone manner

Helpful with a customer focused approach to work

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Ability to manage your own workload

Working Hours for this part time role are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8-5
