We are looking for a temporary experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our team. This is a maternity cover post with an expected duration of 12 months from Mid-June 2021. You will work a 3 day week (30 hours) and 1 in 6 weekends with appropriate time off in lieu the following week. There are no OOH duties however you would be required to work 1 night per week to check on any inpatients. There would be a mixture of consults and theatre time.
We are a friendly dedicated team consisting of 5 vets, 3 qualified nurses and a brilliant support team. Our surgery is committed to providing comprehensive healthcare services for companion animals and family pets. Modern facilities enable us to provide a wide variety of services such as preventative medicine and routine surgical procedures. The surgery is within walking distance of a modern and historic Norwich City centre, with the Norfolk Broads and Coastal areas close by.
We are looking for a confident and friendly qualified veterinary surgeon with excellent communication skills who enjoys dealing with clients and patients alike.
